Engagements typically last around half a year, with the possibility of extension. I am available in Portugal, the Netherlands and willing to travel. Always in close consultation with the needs of the organisation.

In practice: for a specialised private clinic, I evaluated the existing management structure and identified key organisational gaps. I then guided a full reorganisation, working closely with board members, directors and staff to embed new ways of working and decision-making.

From experience: for a leading hospital, I developed a strategic plan for one of its most complex units; the burn care centre; defining a clear vision, priorities, and roadmap for the years ahead. In a second engagement, I developed a business case for new models of care, including remote care solutions, and subsequently supported the full implementation. The result: significant and measurable growth in both reach and revenue.

In a second engagement, I redesigned the patient contact centre and tackled waiting times head-on.
